History of the Agronomy Department

The History of the Department of Agronomy, published in conjunction with the department's centennial celebration, is now available for purchase! This hardbound edition of over 400 pages includes chapters covering topics such as the early years of the department, instruction, extension and the many agronomic crops which departmental members have investigated in the past 100 years. Also included are comprehensive lists of the faculty of the department throughout its history and the recipients of all graduate degrees awarded. Over forty contributors have combined to make this an excellent history of the Agronomy Department.
