This semester’s first meeting of the Badger Crops Club will be February 27th at 7 pm in 351 Moore Hall.
BCC is an organization for anyone interested in the crop side of agriculture. Once a month, the club has a general meeting with a speaker from the industry. These speakers are invited to share what is new in the industry and provide insight on internships and full time positions available. The club also has various activities that include tours of companies in the agriculture industry, as well as fun social events. They attend regional and national agronomy conferences to meet students from across the U.S. and internationally that are also interested in agriculture. The club gets its ideas from its members, and encourages involvement and input from all. If you are interested and would like to join, feel free to come to a meeting or contact Clare Gietzel (firstname.lastname@example.org).
